Booking options: 15 minutes or 45 minutes. The 45 minute session is designed for both sauna and cold plunge. Actual time in treatment is slightly less than the booking length.
Alternating short bouts of heat and cold in the same session, usually a sauna followed by a cold plunge, repeated for one or two rounds.
Try 8 to 12 minutes in the sauna, then 1.5 to 3 minutes in the plunge. Rest briefly and repeat once if you feel good. Always follow posted limits and your body’s signals.
Room note: Water on sauna rocks is allowed in moderation. Clothing required, swimsuit or athletic attire. No essential oils.
