Booking options: 15 minutes or 45 minutes. The 45 minute session is designed for both sauna and cold plunge. Actual time in treatment is slightly less than the booking length.

Contrast therapy option
  • Warm 8 to 12 minutes in the sauna, exit and cool briefly

  • Repeat up to 2 rounds within your 45 minute booking if you feel good

What it is

Alternating short bouts of heat and cold in the same session, usually a sauna followed by a cold plunge, repeated for one or two rounds.

Why add it
  • Creates a natural circulation “pump” as blood vessels open with heat and narrow with cold

  • Can reduce post workout soreness more than heat or cold alone

  • May speed perceived recovery between training days

  • Often boosts mood, focus, and energy through a strong endorphin response

  • Helps you learn calm breathing under stress, useful for both heat and cold sessions

Quick tip

Try 8 to 12 minutes in the sauna, then 1.5 to 3 minutes in the plunge. Rest briefly and repeat once if you feel good. Always follow posted limits and your body’s signals.

Room note: Water on sauna rocks is allowed in moderation. Clothing required, swimsuit or athletic attire. No essential oils.
